Drama at Baston School

From an early age all girls are encouraged

to perform in front of an audience to enhance

the development of communication skills and

to engender self-confidence.

Class drama lessons are part of the weekly

curriculum in the Early Years and Junior

School and Drama is one of the many

options available at GCSE level.

In addition Group Speech and Drama

lessons are available to those who wish to

take the subject further.  Girls who take these

extra lessons take part in local drama

festivals.

Wolfeee

This year's production was a light-hearted

but highly polished take-off of the traditional

tale Little Red Riding Hood and displayed

the girls' dancing and singing talents as well

as showcasing their acting abilities.
